CRES Project Management was established in 2008 in Singapore by a team of senior project management professionals with deep experience in multinational real estate and asset management. With over 25 years of collective experience across Asia Pacific, our team has successfully delivered real estate solutions for corporate offices, R&D campuses, and manufacturing facilities in more than 20 cities across Southeast Asia, China, and Hong Kong. We have managed approximately 1.7 million square feet of construction and interior fit-out projects, including corporate headquarters, regional offices, R&D labs, BPO centers, and industrial facilities.
